Kaizen Karate has been offering instruction and training in the martial arts since 2003. Through intense study of karate for over 23 years, Coach V helps develop students to their fullest potential physically and mentally. Located throughout Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia, Kaizen Karate has produced well-rounded students of the martial arts as well as exemplary citizens. Classes inspire higher levels of respect, motivation and self confidence within students. Kaizen is also offering yoga and fitness classes for children to develop focus, flexibility, strength and coordination through a variety of yoga poses, stories, songs, drawings and games.
